We want you to know exactly what you are buying. This guide explains how we grade our appliances and stock, and the warranty that applies to each type of purchase.
Retail appliances sold through our Appliance Outlet are function-tested before sale. Any known cosmetic marks are described and reflected in the price, so a described mark is not treated as a fault.
Graded, ex-display and customer-return appliances bought for home use carry a minimum 3-month parts and labour warranty from the date of delivery or collection, unless a longer period is stated on the product. New/boxed appliances may carry a longer warranty as noted at the point of sale. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The warranty covers functional faults that were not present or described at the time of sale. It does not cover the cosmetic marks described at purchase, damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, or normal wear of consumable parts.
Pallets, truckloads and mixed surplus lots are sold “as seen” for resale and do not carry a warranty unless expressly agreed in writing. Manifests are provided as a good-faith indication of the contents and grade mix.
If you experience a fault within the warranty period, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a description (and photos where possible). We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
For any question about grading or warranty, contact Goods Group, 63 Kingsway, Manchester, England, M19 2LL, or email [email protected].
Tell us what you need a single appliance, a pallet, a truckload or a whole category and our team will reply with pricing, availability and manifests where applicable.
