These terms and conditions govern your use of the Goods Group website at goods-group.co.uk and any quote, enquiry or purchase you make with us. By using our website or requesting a quote, you accept these terms.
Goods Group is a UK appliance outlet and surplus/liquidation wholesale supplier based at 63 Kingsway, Manchester, England, M19 2LL. You can contact us at [email protected].
This website is a product catalogue and enquiry service. It does not offer an online checkout, shopping basket or online payment. Prices shown are a guide only, and many items are listed as “Trade price — POA” (price on application). To buy, you submit a quote or enquiry and our team replies with confirmed pricing, condition and availability.
All prices are indicative and subject to change and stock availability. A quote we provide is valid for 14 days unless we state otherwise. Stock is subject to prior sale, and a quote does not reserve stock until an order is confirmed and payment is arranged.
We describe the condition of our stock honestly using our grading system (see our Warranty & Product Grading Guide). Many items are graded, ex-display, clearance or customer-return goods and may show cosmetic marks that are noted and reflected in the price. Photographs are for illustration and may not show the exact unit supplied.
A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and payment arrangements are agreed. Payment is arranged directly with us — for example by bank transfer, by invoice for approved trade accounts, or by card on collection. We do not take payment online through this website.
Pallets, truckloads and mixed lots are sold as trade stock. Manifests and unit counts are provided in good faith as an indication and may vary. Wholesale lots are generally sold “as seen” for resale by business buyers.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
