Goods Group delivers appliances and surplus stock across the UK and offers collection from our Manchester depot. Delivery is arranged and priced as part of your quote, based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 working days. UK pallet and appliance deliveries usually take 2–5 working days. Truckload and bulk orders are scheduled by appointment. Exact timescales are confirmed when your order is placed.
Delivery is quoted per order. Because our stock ranges from a single appliance to a full truckload, we calculate delivery based on weight, dimensions and postcode and confirm the cost before you commit to an order.
You are welcome to collect from our Manchester depot at 63 Kingsway, Manchester, England, M19 2LL by appointment. Please arrange a collection time with us first and bring suitable transport and help for loading larger items.
Please make sure there is safe access for delivery and, for large or heavy items, help available to move goods into position. Standard delivery is to the kerbside or ground-floor threshold unless otherwise agreed. Check your goods on arrival and report any transit damage to [email protected] within 48 hours.
For pallets and truckloads, please tell us in advance whether you have a forklift or loading dock, or whether a tail-lift is required. Offloading at the delivery point is the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
